difference from 325i is not only software, but intake manifold 2stage vs 3stage

here are all parts you need to change:

throttle body seal ring, 13547522361 $16.15

DISA valve (large), 11617579114 $384.00

DISA valve (small), 11617560538 $384.00

DISA valve mounting screws $1.75 each (qty. req. 6)

intake manifold profile gaskets, 11617547242 $34.00
